Application Qualification - A credit and criminal background check is part of the approval process. Proof of employment is required.
Financial Qualification - You must gross 70% of the monthly rent in one week.
Example - Rent is $1,000. You must gross $700/week (before taxes, insurance, etc.) to qualify.
Completing an application usually takes about 15-20 minutes. If you need to stop at any time during the process you can return later and access your application using your email address and password specified below.
